Our commitment

Beehive Design wants everyone to be able to use this website — including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard only, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we’ve done

• Semantic HTML with a clear heading structure and landmarks on every page
• Keyboard-operable navigation, menus and accordions, with visible focus states
• Text colour contrast tested against WCAG AA contrast ratios
• Alt text on meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
• All animations disabled automatically for users with reduced-motion enabled
• Form fields with real labels, required-field marking and status messages announced to screen readers
• Responsive layout that works at 200% zoom and on small screens

Known limitations

Some older blog articles imported from our previous website may contain images without complete alt text. We are reviewing these and updating them as we find them.
