Who we are

Beehive Design (“we”, “us”) is an SEO and digital marketing agency based at Eyre Square, Galway, H91 FD5P, Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we collect through beehivedesign.ie, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you give us — when you contact us through our contact form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, website and message.
• Client project data — if you become a client, we process the information needed to deliver our services, such as website access and analytics data.
• Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

Why we use it (our lawful basis)

• To answer your enquiry and provide quotes or audits — legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract.
• To deliver and improve our services to clients — contract performance.
• To keep the website secure — legitimate interests.
• To send marketing you have asked for — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Form submissions

Our contact form is processed by Formspark (submit-form.com), which transmits your submission to us and stores it on our behalf. Formspark acts as our data processor and is bound to process the data only per our instructions.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, form processing, email), each under a data-processing agreement, and where required by Irish law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up meaningfully. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Irish tax and company law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or ask us to port it. Email info@beehivedesign.ie and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission.
